These terms govern your use of the Maryland Exterminators website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Maryland Exterminators is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed pest control operators serving their area. We are not a pest control company. We do not perform inspections or treatments, we do not employ pest control technicians, and we do not hold a pest control treatment license. All pest control work is performed by the independent operators we connect you with.

No service relationship with us

Submitting a request through this site connects you with an operator. It does not create a service contract with Maryland Exterminators. Any agreement for pest control work, including pricing, scheduling, treatment, and any warranty or guarantee, is strictly between you and the operator you choose to hire. We are not a party to that agreement.

Operator independence

Partner operators are independent businesses. We make a reasonable effort to partner only with operators who hold a current Maryland Department of Agriculture Commercial Pesticide Business License, and we ask operators for their license details. Even so, we do not control how an operator runs their business, performs work, or treats customers. We do not guarantee the work, pricing, or conduct of any operator. You are responsible for confirming an operator's licensing, insurance, and suitability before hiring them.

Coverage is not guaranteed

Operator coverage is being built out across Maryland and is not available in every area. Submitting a request does not guarantee that an operator covers your location or that you will be contacted within any specific time frame. If we do not have a partnered operator near you, we will tell you and may suggest other options.

Information accuracy

The pest information, service descriptions, and pricing ranges on this site are provided for general guidance. Pest control pricing varies by property, infestation severity, and operator. Price ranges shown are estimates, not quotes or offers. Only an operator can give you an actual quote. We make a good-faith effort to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Copy, scrape, or republish site content without permission.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and layout of this site are owned by Maryland Exterminators or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reuse site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maryland Exterminators is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any pest control services performed by an operator you are connected with. Because we do not perform pest control work, any claim relating to that work is between you and the operator.

The site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
